Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system keeps track of patient's medical history and assists in the report creation
process. Integrated with clinical decision support system, it provides initial
data (previous medical record of concerned patent) to the CDSS for comparison
with current data. EMR stores the new data as well as the results of the
analysis performed by CDSS. An EMR, specifically designed for antenatal care
will be implemented for this purpose.
